I wanted to have a heart-to-heart with you about what’s been going on at our company lately. I’ll be honest – we’ve hit some bumps in the road these past few months.
We’ve been juggling quite a bit: moving our warehouse to a new location, having to say goodbye to some familiar faces and welcoming a new team member, and dealing with those pesky supply chain and cashflow issues that seem to be affecting everyone these days – to the point where some businesses just give up and close the doors.
Not us.
I know these changes haven’t been easy on you, our valued customers.
You’ve probably noticed things aren’t running quite as smoothly as usual, and for that, I want to sincerely apologise. But I’m happy to say we’re starting to get back on track.
Our amazing team has been working around the clock to get everything running like a well-oiled machine again. It’s just taking a little longer than I’d like.
We’re determined to not just meet but exceed the level of service you’ve come to expect from us.
I can’t thank you enough for sticking with us through this transition period.
Your loyalty means the world to us, and we’re more committed than ever to making sure your faith in us is well-placed.
