There are literally thousands of medals on official issue. Imperial British issues go back to Waterloo and until 1975 when Australia installed its own system of honours and awards, we used British issues too.
New Zealand still uses a mix of both.
Many unofficial commemorative medals made by associations or companies cannot be found.
Generally the rule is, “If it was official government issue it can usually be sourced. If it was bought, not issued, that’s not the case.” That holds true for ribbon too.
It’s not possible to stock everything, but we can usually get what you’re looking for – if the issue numbers were sufficient to warrant tooling up to make reproductions.
